The results are in!Thanks to all who participated in our 2017 Community Input Survey. We will use this information to inform our funding priority and guidelines to ensure that we are reflecting the needs and interests of Fairhaven residents.
The results will be discussed at our next meeting on Monday, August 21, 2017, 6 p.m., in the East Room at the Fairhaven Town Hall. Anyone interested in hearing about our survey results or contributing to the discussion are welcome to attend. Also, the council welcomes any resident over age 18 who would be interested in joining the council to meet the members and get more information about being a part of this appointed board.
We also have some upcoming council-sponsored events, including North Fairhaven Improvement Association's Music Night on Sunday August, 20, 2017. This free event for all ages will be held in Benoit Square from 5-8 p.m. and includes live music, classic cars, food, and dancing in the street!
Another council-sponsored event ahead for Fairhaven not to be missed is the 16th John Manjiro Festival on Saturday October 7, 2017 in Fairhaven Center from 10 a.m. -5 p.m. The Whitfield-Manjiro Friendship Society is currently accepting applications for vendors. Use the form below!
